Special Requests

For surprise gift orders, request can be made to remove any receipt, payment or pricing details when delivering your order. Please also ensure the recipient is available to receive orders that includes cakes or gelato which are temperature sensitive.

For both pickup and delivery orders, please contact us on WhatsApp or email marketing@chocabloc.com.sg if there's any changes to the following:

• Cake Order
• Date/Time Change
• Address Change (for delivery)

Cancellation Fee

As our cakes are all freshly baked and prepared, a cancellation fee of $10 will be charged for all cancellations made 48 hours or 2 working days before delivery/pick up date. 

For all cancellations made with less than 48 hour notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order will be charged.
